If we say Undhiyu dish as a king of vegetable dish so it won’t be wrong because it contains multi vegetables which are core vegetables. Only the word Undhiyu is enough to mouth watering to Gujarati People. 77Green Undhiyu Masala is a blended mixture of all important spices and ingredients which are essential to give your Undiyu delicious and spicy taste.

Recipe: - To prepare methi muthia take 1 cup each chopped Methi, wheat flour, gram flour, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp 77Green Turmeric Powder, 2 Tbsp ginger paste, 1/2 tbsp sodium bi carbonate, Salt to taste and 1 cup water for binding,. Mix all ingredients and prepare balls and fry it in oil. - In apan heat 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chopped onion and 2 tsp Ginger Garlic pate. Saute till the mixture turns golden brown. Add puree of 3 tomatoes, 2 tsp 77Green Chilli Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp 77Green Undhiyu Masala, 1tsp 77Green Coriander powder. Cook till the oil separates from mixture. Then add 1 large diced boiled potato, 1 diced brinjal, 50gm chopped french beans 50gm sweet potato. Mix well, cover and cook on a very low flame for 10-15min. Once vegetables start cooking add Muthias to vegetables and keep on simmer. Take off flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Hot with Rotis or Puris.
