Recipe

Fish Curry Masala Cut the 1/2 kg fish & rub with lemon juice and salt. Keep it for half hour and deep fry to golden color, drain and keep warm. In a separate pan, fry onion in oil for 10 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste. When this turns brown add chopped tomato, green chilli and 2 tsp 77GREEN Fish Curry Masala stirring until thickened. Put the fish, add water as per requirement, cover it, simmer for 2 minutes and garnish it.
