Idli is a South Indian savoury cake (Pan Cake) popular throughout India. Though Dosa/Idli typically refers to the verision made with rice and retiles many other types exist and are popular in varying degree. A pan cake with some oomph! 77GREEN Idli Instant Mix is enhanced with Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C and zinc.

Ingredients
Rice, Black Gram, Salt, Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Fenugreek Seed
Paking Availble
200 Gm, 400 Gm.
Direction of Use
Pour 340 ml water in to this material. Keep it aside for 15 min. Mix it properly before steaming. Put the mixture in a pre-greased Idli mould then put it in coocker or Idli vessel. Let the batter steam for about 15 min. Serve hot Idlies along with sambar & chutney.
