A savory snack from south India, it easily be a main dish on a hotr day as it can be the perfect accompaniment to other dishes on special occasions. 77Green Dahiwada Instant Mix is enhanced with iron Zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin C.

Black Gram Dal, Green Gram Dal, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Citric Acid (E330)

Direction of Use
"Directions for use:
Add 290 ml water to this flour. it aside for 15 min. Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger - green chillies to this flour. Keep Whip the mix before frying. Fry on medium flame till crispy and light brown. Drain excess oil & cool for 3-5 min. Soak in water for 10 min. Gently press each vada to drain off excess water. Immerse in beaten yogurt for 10min. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds, red chilli powder, salt coriander leaves & sweet chutney & yogurt. Serve cold."
