A snack from the Indian state of Gujarat made with a fermented batter of chickpeas 77GREEN Dhokla Instant Mix is easy to prepare as well as healthy and delicious too!! 77GREEN Dhokla Instant Mix is enhanced with iron, Zinc, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C and Folic Acid. So indulge in snacks without worrying!!!

Ingredients
Rice, Black Gram, Corn Flour, Gram Flour, Refined Flour, Sugar, Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Salt

Direction of Use
"Directions for use:
Add 40 ml of oil and 235 ml of water into Dhokla flour. Mix it gently to get smooth batter. Pour batter into a pre-greased tray. Steam on high flame for 15 min. Remove and allow to cool for 10 min. and cut into desired cubes. Spread seasoning evenly over Dhokla. Sprinkle 1 tsp of each grated coconut and coriander leaves. Serve with green chutney.
Seasoning :- Heat 40 ml of oil. Add 1 tsp mustard seed. When cracking starts add a pinch of asafoetida and 1 tsp sesame seed then put off the heat."
