Mix 240 ml water to this flour except Pouch and keep aside for 15 min. Add the pouch in it & mix it vigorously. Immediately pour batter into Pre-greased hot tray. Steam on high flame for 15 min. Remove and allow cooling for 10 min. & cutting into desired cubes. Pour seasoning on khaman. Garnish it with coriander leaves and greeted coconut.
Seasoning - Heat 50 ml oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, Asafoetida. Now add 50 gm sugar, chopped green chillies and 250 ml water.
