India’s most popular desserts gets its name from two word’s, Gulab Which means rose & Jamun which means is a kind of deep purple colores Indian berry. 77GREEN Gulab Jamun Instant Mix is enhanced with iron, Vitamin A, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B1 ; makes for a tasty sweet that’s healthy too!!!

Ingredients
Refined Wheat flour, Milk Solids, Edible Vegetable Fat, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Citric Acid (E330)

200 Gm, 500 Gm.
Direction of Use
Add 1/2 measure of milk/water gradually to 1 measure of 77GREEN's Gulab Jamun Mix and knead gently into smooth dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Apply ghee on palms, then shape the dough into balls. Deep fry in oil/ghee over a law flame until golden brown. Soak the fried Gulab Jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 10 min untill they completely absorb the syrup.
SUGAR SYRUP: Add equal measures of sugar and water then boil for 5 minutes. This pack need 150g of sugar and 150 ml of water.
