Dosa is an excellent choice for the adventurous even without visiting South India. Prepared with numerous options, Dosa has taken a regional taste for every region besides being South Indian. 77GREEN Dosa Instant Mix is enhanced with Iron, Zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin C.

Ingredients
Rice Flour, Black Gram, Semolina, Vanaspati, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Citric Acid (E330), Fenugreek Seed

200 Gm, 400 Gm.
Direction of Use
Add 445 ml water into Dosa flour in a batter pan.Keep aside for 5 min. Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tava. Add a spoon of oil and fry both sides on low flame till golden brown. Rub the tava gently with damp cloth to cool the surface. Repeat the above steps for next dosa. Serve this Dosa with Sambar and Chuteny.
